Hey hey! The Ang Mo (western) New Year has just ended and what do we have now?

Heyyyyyyyyyy we have something good here. It might be more awesome than whatever you can buy from Taobao. We have our Chinese New Year Unicorn Kam Tote Fusion Workshop! You want to buy the finished product also cannot buy. Just make it yourself la!

So you see, we’re posing right infront of the super Chinesey decorations. You can imagine yourself in there, but perhaps in your beautiful handmade Cheongsam and hand-crochet kam (who said bai nian must use real kam???) Now you get the idea and definitely this Kam Tote can fit 2 real oranges (4 if you need to help your boyfriend carry), a long wallet and your biggest phone without fail. It’s so cute that your Ah Ma (grandma) or San Gu Liu Po (your friendly aunties) might praise you for your good worksmanship. Maybe a conversation starter too? Hehhhh…

We’re squeezing in for another slot on 7 February 2018. It’s gonna be a loooooong day so please get enough sleep and feel energised to last for the whole session! It’s gonna be 8 hours long, but I promise you, you’ll never feel the drag in time. As you might have heard from us via IG / FB / during our workshop, that this is a collaboration with our Chief Beary Crafter cum Craft Blogger, Zoe from Beary Naise! This time, our workshop will be held at the up and coming, state of the art Funan Showsuite. So hapz!

If you really really REALLY have no time, why not join us for our Crochet Fruits Workshop? This is for total beginners so don’t need to worry if you don’t even know what’s crochet and the crochet hook. Our friendly trainers will guide you through the process of doing the basic stitches and form your first ever amigurumi!

If you’re already a seasoned crochet hobbyist, you can follow our free pattern to make your own kam! Yes, that’s the one we were holding in the picture above!
