Hello guys, awesome news! After years of just talking about it, we have finally decided to run our first curated Craft Popup right at Tiny Rabbit Hole Studio.
Are you EGGCITED! Follow us at @crafthideout to find out more about what’s happening end of this month.
As you know, due to safe distancing measures, we’re only allowing limited participants to be in the studio at any one time. Thus, it is important that you book a slot BEFORE you turn up to prevent any disappointments!
What we have in store for you?
We have selected a few crafters to booth at our studio. Some of them will also be doing a demo or a sharing about their crafts and crafting journey. We will also document the demo/sharing live on @crafthideout IG, so do keep a lookout on the program schedule!
Who will be participating?
- Shu Ning from @momshoo – handsewn and knitted brooches
- Lee Lee from @hugmaterialstore – embroidered lifestyle accessories
- Leane from @craftsbyleane – crochet lifestyle accessories by a ballerina
- Nasyitah from @fleurrustic – floral and portrait embroidery
- Zoe from @bearynaise – handmade lifestyle accessories
- Karen from @xiaokeartbook – embroidered brooches and colour pencil art
- Angie & Terrix from @tinyrabbithole – crochet plush and lifestyle accessories
Who else is participating?
More small craft businesses that you have not heard of yet will be joining us! We would be more than happy to share with you once we have all the items up and displayed!
We are super glad to have our crochet students joining us in the popup! It is a good chance to show off what they have learned and inspire them to create even more beautiful crafts! It’s touching to see how they have grown from just starting to hold the hook to making beautiful amigurumi, pouches and bags ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
So what is this event about?
This event is purely to showcase the hard work behind all of these beautiful slow-made crafts. The act of crafting is meant to be a form of destress, keeping a calm mind, and working on good craftsmanship that will last a lifetime. We might be living in a world of fast-pace, fast-fashion, fast-food, fast-everything and forgot about taking time to enjoy the little things in life, like crafting. We hope that this event will bring your inner-child out to admire the beautiful things that are not easily found everywhere.
